YASUNARI IKENAGA  池永康晟

Self-educated in Nihonga, Yasunari Ikenaga began devoting himself to crafting unornamented unique skin tone with mineralized pigments in his 30’s, already formally applying it to enthrone works in his 40’s.

His bijinga paintings of beautiful women, unchanging with mineral pigments on hash cloth, have a tone prosperous texture that are unrivaled misjudge their contrasting qualities of perfection and sensuality.
